Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the joa99 website accessible at joa99.io, including all sub-pages, tools, features, mobile-optimised views, and any associated software.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to joa99 and its operating entity, responsible for providing the Platform and all services described herein.
• "You", "Player", "Member" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which all betting, casino, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus activity is conducted.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Member's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded by joa99 to a Member under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are approved.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the joa99 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on joa99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. joa99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21+ for all Members. We reserve the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended joa99 Account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• All registration information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and current.

joa99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Upon successful registration, you will receive confirmation and your Account will be activated. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date; notify us promptly at [email protected] if any details change.

Account Management

Each Member may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or personal details used. Where duplicate accounts are detected, joa99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any outstanding bets or bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person. joa99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

joa99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without notice, where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, money laundering, or any other conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of closure due to a breach, any balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

joa99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider, subject to any temporary processing delays outside our control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of approval; withdrawals to other methods may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high platform traffic, public holidays, or where KYC verification is pending.

• joa99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder may be returned and the deposit request declined.
• joa99 reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts or request additional documentation where a withdrawal triggers anti-money laundering checks.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from any remaining real-money balance.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the joa99 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules published on the relevant event page at the time the bet is placed. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds and terms displayed at that moment. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; the odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to your wager.

joa99 covers cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test championships, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as volleyball and other sports markets. Live in-play betting is available on selected events. In-play odds are updated continuously; delays between a real-world event and the Platform's live data feed may occur, and joa99 reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of materially incorrect in-play data.

• Bets are not accepted from Members whose Accounts have been suspended, restricted, or flagged for verification.
• joa99 reserves the right to set individual account betting limits where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account balance within five minutes of the official result being confirmed.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, stakes will be returned in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the Platform.
• Bets that are placed in error by the Member cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.

Bonuses & Promotions

joa99 offers a daily bonus programme and various promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry dates. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The joa99 daily bonus is credited automatically to eligible accounts upon each qualifying deposit. No promotional code is required to activate the daily bonus. A deposit qualifies for the daily bonus if it meets the minimum deposit threshold specified in the current daily bonus terms. The daily bonus is a real-money credit and is subject to a wagering requirement before it may be withdrawn.

• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time unless otherwise specified by a promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• joa99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where abuse or systematic exploitation is suspected.
• Coordinated abuse of bonuses across multiple accounts, including use of arbitrage strategies designed to lock in profit from promotional offers, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.
• Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance with no cash equivalent payable.

Responsible Gaming

joa99 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gambling environment. We offer a range of responsible gaming tools that Members may activate at any time through their Account dashboard, including voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are provided to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity and are applied immediately upon request.

We take all responsible gaming concerns seriously and will work with you to find an appropriate solution, up to and including immediate account suspension.

joa99 applies automated monitoring to identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling. Where such patterns are detected, we may contact the Member proactively, apply account restrictions, or refer the Member to available support resources — all in accordance with our duty of care obligations.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the joa99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, including through the use of aliases, third-party identities, or anonymising technology.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content, data feeds, or odds without express written permission from joa99.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing joa99 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the joa99 Platform — including but not limited to the joa99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of joa99 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of joa99. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joa99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

joa99 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. joa99 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to notify Members of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

joa99's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Privacy & Data

joa99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

joa99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), identity verification providers, and fraud detection services where necessary to operate the Platform and protect Members. Amendments

joa99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with applicable law or to address an urgent security concern.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at joa99.io/terms-conditions. The "Effective" date displayed in the page header indicates the version currently in force. If you do not agree with any amendment to the Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or any other aspect of your use of the joa99 Platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction or event (in BST), and the specific outcome you are seeking.

joa99 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within seven business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process to the satisfaction of both parties, the matter may be referred to an independent adjudicator. Details of the applicable adjudication process will be provided at the time the internal complaints process is exhausted.

All disputes are subject to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your jurisdiction.
